Smash journals look like so much fun!

I really want one, but have to source them online. No patience for that! I decided to 'make' something similar for my 7 year old boy and came up with this journal below. Hours of practice writing goodness in one little 200 page book. I added stamps, hand made envelopes, pictures and tags to various pages to make it 'smash'ing. He loves it! Now onto one for the little miss...

Want to Make Your Own Envelopes??

I found this wonderful link on Pinterest and just had to share... Mel from Melstampz went fishing around the internet back in 2008 and found 100 various links to Envelopes in all sizes and wonderful papers.  I can't wait to find the time to have a proper look-see and make a bunch of fab envelopes!

Thanks Mel!

Mini Card Set with Vellum Envelopes

There is something about vellum envelopes that make me happy.  They are just so darn cute!  I just had to make some... so I did.  These littlies turned out quite sweet and could really be used for a number of occasions.  Hence they are blank! A butterfly peeps through a cutout on the front of the card.  Just to add that little something special. I've just added this set to my Madeit store...

Little Red Riding Hood

Look! Little Red Riding Hood on a tiny zipper pouch.  I added an off white minky dot fleece as a lining and contrasting red zip.  Available now in my Madeit store (link to the right).

There are a few other story book fabrics that are calling my name... hmm... humpty dumpty...

I absolutely adore the papers and accents from Cosmo Cricket

Love, love, love Cosmo Cricket's papers.  These littlies were created with a 6X6 paper pad. Lush!

Cosmo Cricket create paper pads, accents, washi tape and more.  So darling! They were so much fun to make!

Welcome to my little blog!

I am so excited to join the fab fun world of bloggers!  A place I can call my own, where I can post on stunning things I've found on the web or new ideas of my own.  Bear with me while I learn the ropes!
